Project Description:

Tribe Church, Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified, experienced, and licensed consultants to provide Comprehensive Disaster Recovery Consulting Services. The selected firm will assist the Church in managing, documenting, and securing reimbursement for damages incurred during Hurricane Michael.

Scope of Services:

The selected consultant shall provide services including, but not limited to: 

• FEMA Public Assistance (PA) grant management, including project formulation and tracking.

• Procurement advisory to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. 

Proposal Submission Requirements

Interested firms must submit the following:

• Firm Information: Legal name, address, and primary contact details.

• Experience: A summary of past disaster recovery projects, particularly with non-profit or religious organizations, and experience with FEMA, HUD, or other grant programs.

• Key Personnel: Qualifications and resumes of personnel assigned to this project.

• Rate Sheet: A breakdown of hourly rates by position, including any anticipated expenses, and, if applicable, after-hours or emergency rates.

• Submission Format: Proposals must be submitted electronically via email or via USPS in a sealed envelope with "Disaster Recovery Consulting Services” included in the address.
